Please download this guide below and follow the steps carefully.

Before you start ensure you have knowledge about:

• Admin privileges, it might be required for installation of the (regular) Pulse Secure client. However, Pulse Secure app from Microsoft allows the app to run with administrator privileges without prompting the user first.
• ECS gateway details, telling where to login and provided by us.
• Either login id and password, provided by us or hardware token, shipped by us.

You may also receive a custom-made user guide specific for your company. However, this user guide contains the most important topics valid for all customers.
